Delivered in partnership with AFL Queensland and the Brisbane Lions, our AFL Academy gives students the exclusive opportunity to be exposed to high-quality training and regular participation in AFL Queensland Competitions, alongside their academic studies.
The AFL Academy aims to develop players who are not only technically and tactically proficient, but also strategic, with a highly developed knowledge of the game. An understanding of the adaptability required in AFL, and the roles and responsibilities of individual positions within the game, will ensure our players have the skills and opportunities to succeed at the next level of football.
The holistic growth of our students is also a key part of the AFL Academy, with learning and life skills an important part of the development opportunity. The program will enable students to gain practical experience in AFL and related areas to provide a range of career pathways on graduation.
