Absences
For all absences less than 10 days, please provide student name, class, date, duration and details of absence by 9:00am on the day of the absence, via:
Early Departure Process
Please read our Early Departure Procedure carefully.
Our college must receive notification by 8:40am. A message via Daymap is the preferred option. Alternatively, a note signed by the parent, may be handed to Student Services by 8:40am. The student will then be issued with a Leave Request Pass.
Parents must provide details of how the student will depart the college. Students must depart from Level 3, Administration Hub. Students are not permitted to leave the college until we have parent confirmation.
Late Passes
Please notify the Administration Hub by 8:30am on the day and include student full name, year level, reason for late or early departure and required time:
