Kids Helpline is available 24/7 for young people aged 12–25. You can talk to a qualified counsellor anytime by calling 1800 55 1800, or use the online chat service on their website. Young people can get support with topics such as mental health, physical health, identity, friendships, family issues, and relationships.

Headspace – https://headspace.org.au/

Momentum HUB – https://www.momentumhub.org.au/
Momentum HUB provides programs for young people aged 7–17, helping them learn new ways to cope and build resilience. More information can be found on their website.

ReachOut is a supportive online space for young people and parents/carers during tough times. It includes articles, self-help tools, and a chat option for additional support.

Lifeline – https://www.lifeline.org.au/
Lifeline offers 24/7 crisis support. If you need immediate help, you can call 13 11 14 at any time.​
